Hi, I’m Donna.
I am a qualified fitness instructor offering various dance based fitness classes.

Hi, I’m Donna and I have been an amateur dancer for over 30 years and I am a qualified Fitness Instructor too. I have a love of dance and moving to music and I want to share that passion with you all.
Having recently ‘retired’ from competitive dancing with my husband, we have been lucky to become Scottish O35 Senior Latin Champions in 2019, and when we represented Ireland we where ranked Senior number 1 and undefeated.
Dance is one of the easiest ways to get the endorphins going in your body without feeling you are working out, it also leaves you with that feel good factor after.
I offer a variety of classes from Chair based fitness, social Ballroom & Latin and fun dance Fitness classes. I also offer 121 and group lessons for weddings or even just for a private workout session to get yourself started.

Strictly Style Beginners
This is the perfect class if you have never danced before and want to take on a new challenge. We will take you through 4 different Ballroom and Latin dances every 6 weeks to allow you time to perfect those moves!
No pressure, lots of fun, and an easy going pace with good music to keep you motivated and learning.
Dances like the Cha Cha, Tango, Jive, Waltz, and many more…
No experience is required and you can join with or without a partner.
Block discount available of £30pp for 6 weeks paid in advance or option to pay as you go for £6pp.

FitSteps is an upbeat dance fitness class with all the favourite Strictly Dances. You’ll have so much fun you won’t realise you are getting fit! Based around all your favourite Strictly moves, inspired and created by Strictly Come Dancing’s Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe and Olympian Mark Foster, these classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
Booking is essential to guarantee space in class.
Unable to book in person, then don’t panic! Join me live from home with the Zoom link to our live class. Unlimited spaces available online so don’t panic if you can’t make it in person.

Covid Guidance
After the Government Announcement on the 11th, we have an extension for another week therefore our ‘Strictly Style Beginners’ are back on zoom for one more week.
FitSteps and Chair & Tone class available in person (and zoom for Fitsteps).
